Will Hella is a second-year doctoral student in Cinematic Arts, studying the representation of government in film and television and how it shapes public knowledge and discourse. He is particularly interested in how narrative media can be used to either reinforce existing power structures or to imagine new ones. He previously attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he received his bachelor's in Film & Media Studies and Political Science and his master's in Film & Media Studies.
